The lake, created by damming the Karnaphuli River, provides a stunning backdrop for the district's many attractions and is a popular destination for boating, fishing, and other water-based activities.

Our boat tour starts in the morning until the late afternoon the day after. You can enjoy local dining at the various island restaurants where you can eat fresh fish from the lake.

- Speedboat tour to Shuvolong Waterfall Meeting at Tabalchori Launch Ghat in the morning, we’ll bring you to the houseboat located at the boat club, by speedboat. Enjoy the view of the mighty Kaptai Lake while cruising the peaceful water of Kaptai Lake. We’ll start with a swim at a clean swimming spot, after which we’ll cruise towards Berannye Lakeshore Café, which will take around two hours. Try the bamboo chicken and fresh fish from Kaptai Lake!

In the late afternoon we’ll head back to the docking station at the boat club and we’ll have a great sunset over the lake from the upper deck lounge. You’ll be brought some evening snacks. In the evening, live music will be arranged on the boat. You will enjoy the local genre of Rangamati mixed with modern Bangla songs in live performances. Dinner will be served with live BBQ in the restaurant. Spend the night in your air-conditioned cabin of our houseboat.

The morning after you can enjoy tea with breakfast on the boat enjoying the gentle tides of the lake and the serenity of the area. After breakfast we’ll go on an adventure by speedboat, cruising the blue water towards the famous hanging bridge. We’ll then visit a buddhist temple and you can do some shopping for local products after which we’ll visit the Shuvolong Waterfall. You can take an exotic bath in the fresh water of the waterfall. Lunch will be served at the boat club after which we’ll go to Polwel Park where you can enjoy sunset. From here you’ll be brought to Tabalchori Launch Ghat. End of tour.
